Na Professor Layton and the Spectre´s Call maakt Professor Layton de overstap van de Nintendo DS naar de Nintendo 3DS met Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracle, het tweede deel in de tweede Layton trilogie. Ook in deze game moeten we de nodige puzzels oplossen.
