Middels een regelmatige stroom aan updates moet Disney Dreamlight Valley een lang leven krijgen, waarbij vorige week onder andere Simba uit The Lion King werd toegevoegd. Wellicht leren we middels een enquête ook wat we op een later moment mogen verwachten.
In deze officiële enquête hinten ze naar mogelijke Star Patch thema's die in de toekomst toegevoegd zullen worden. Star Paths zijn tijdelijke evenementen waarin spelers taken moeten voltooien om toegang te krijgen tot exclusieve kleding, meubilair, karakter skins, dierlijke metgezellen en motieven voor kleding. Star Paths zijn wel gratis als betaald, waarvoor je ongeveer tien Euro dient uit te geven.
Nadat vorige Star Patch thema's in het teken stonden van Pixar, Disney schurken, de kerst, Disney 100 en Disney themaparken verwijzen ze in de enquête naar de volgende elf Star Paths:
- Disney Villains – “Items related to iconic Disney Villain characters”
- Disney Channel Originals – “Items related to TV shows such as Kim Possible or Lizzie McGuire”
- Occupational – “Items related to careers such as a gardener or a chef”
- Vacation – “Items such as luggage, and travel styles such as fanny packs, and tropical button-ups”
- Disney Cruise – “Items with a nautical theme”
- Winter Holiday – “Items related to Winter”
- Pixar – “Items related to Pixar films and characters”
- Disney Princess – “Items that relate to The Disney Princesses such as ballgowns, thrones, and crowns”
- Retro/Vintage Disney Style – “Items such as jean jackets with patches, crewneck sweatshirts”
- Sporty – “Sports jerseys, sporting equipment”
- Nightmare Before Christmas – “Items related to Nightmare Before Christmas”
