Met Superstars V8 Next Challenge ontwikkelt Milestone momenteel een vervolg voor Superstars V8 Racing. Het spel moet in 2010 op de PC, de PlayStation 3 en de Xbox 360 verschijnen.
Elke Xbox 360 game moet Achievements bevatten en Next Challenge vormt daar geen uitzondering op. De game bevat vijftig Achievements voor een totaal van duizend punten.
