Bij Cave ontwikkelde men afgelopen jaar de Xbox 360 titel Death Smiles, een port van de gelijknamige arcadegame. Nu werkt men aan de Amerikaanse versie van het spel waarbij ook de Achievements vertaald werden.
De game bevat vijftig Achievements voor een totaal van duizend Gamer Points.
