Met Welcome Park ontwikkelde Sony Computer Entertainment een applicatie om de verschillende mogelijkheden van de Vita te ontdekken, maar Welcome Park was niet genoeg. In samenwerking met HoneySlug kwam het bedrijf eveneens met Frobisher Says!, een hoogst opmerkelijke game.
De game werd sinds zijn release enkele keren uitgebreid met DLC, en krijgt nu ook Trophies.
