Met Malicious ontwikkelde de Japanse ontwikkelstudio Alvion een actiegame voor de PlayStation 3, welke nu naar de PlayStation Vita komt met de naam Malicious Rebirth. In de game heeft de speler alleen een cape om zich te beschermen tegen The Malicious, de vijanden in de game. Gelukkig heeft die cape wel magische eigenschappen en bijbehorende indrukwekkende aanvallen.
In de game kun je twaalf Trophies verdienen, waaronder één gouden, vier zilveren en zeven bronzen.
