Het Chronicles Pack bestaat uit drie originele singleplayer missies, waarbij gamers een verhaal beleven dat parallel loopt aan die van Artyom, hoofdpersoon van de hoofdgame.

Naast de drie missies bevat de downloadable content tevens de Multi Barreled Bicycle Shotgun, een wapen dat door een fan is ontworpen en uitgewerkt is voor de game. Al het bovenstaande vormt onderdeel van de Season Pass (€ 14,99), maar is tevens los verkrijgbaar voor € 4,99.
