Het digitale tijdperk zorgt ervoor dat ontwikkelaars ook na het verschijnen van hun titel wijzigingen aan kunnen brengen, zo ook Electronic Arts met Medal of Honor.
Middels een blog op de officiële website laat de ontwikkelaar weten dat er een PC patch onderweg is voor de multiplayer. Een datum voor de patch is er nog niet, maar wel weten we dat het volgende aangepakt zal worden:
Algemeen:

• Changed immortal time to 1.9 from 1.6 seconds after spawn to prevent the scenario of spawning in the open only to be shot on spawn in
