Ontwikkelaar Volition, de studio achter games als Red Faction en Saints Row, zal na dertig jaar ophouden te bestaan, zo is zojuist naar buiten gebracht.
In een bericht op de officiële LinkedIn pagina is te lezen dat moederbedrijf Embracer Group afgelopen juni een herstructureringsprogramma had aangekondigd om hun positie in de industrie te versterken. Onderdeel van dit programma is om de strategische en operationele doelstellingen onder de loep te nemen en daaruit is voortgekomen dat Volition zal sluiten.
